Question by kawrae: How much pure water a day should you drink?
When people say you should drink 64 oz. of water a day, does that include juices and other water-based drinks as well? If I drank 8 oz. of apple juice and 8 oz. of water… would that be the same health wise as if I’d drunk 16 oz. of water? What about milk? I mean, as long as it doesn’t contain alcohol, caffeine, salt, or other things that might dehydrate you, what’s the difference? Wouldn’t it be equivalent to eating the powdered version and then drinking water?
