It is almost impossible to avoid GMOs in processed foods, and labeling is not required.  Thanks to USDA and the FDA, most of the soy, cotton, corn and canola in the US are GMOs.
Well water and possibly bottled water are not fluoridated.
If you do a search for organic producers in your state, you may find some more resources.</description>
