A friend of mine has been taking the Colman Water Purification Tablets by mouth for a few months now, and is now concerned with what can happen to his body and his reproductive system. What should I tell him? The bottle says not to take them by mouth. But he didn’t listen. What are the dangers it can cause?

Chlorine Poisoning. A potentially serious condition. You can literally burn the soft tissues of your GI tract.

Water purification tablets go IN your water, not in your stomach.
