		<description>The room was painted with flat finish paint.  It can&#039;t be washed.  You&#039;re going to have to repaint the entire room.  The color will be almost impossible to match.</description>

		<description>That must be the world&#039;s cheapest paint, or it wasn&#039;t applied properly, or it&#039;s incredibly old. Water based paint shouldn&#039;t come off, wiping with a sponge, after it&#039;s dry. I have read that really cheap paint can do so, however, because the ingredients are poor quality. Repainting is really your only option and doing the whole wall would be best. Not yet, perhaps, if you&#039;re going to have to wash the walls again.</description>

		<description>It`s not a washable paint obviously, you need to repaint. You can have it matched by taking a paint chip to paint store.</description>
